HISTORY
Leading Edge Claims Service was founded by Troy S. Hansen and Jeffery B. Baber in June of 2007.
Troy and Jeff, having executive high-level experience as both staff and independent claims adjusters, managers, and trainers, realized that superior service could be achieved by providing both innovative and specialized adjusting services targeted toward the management of commercial and residential property claims. They realized that providing these innovative and specialized services would require hiring personnel with proven acumen in insurance claims adjusting and management along with a lengthy and established record of investigating claims with the upmost integrity, efficiency, and customer service.
By requiring these experienced and verified personnel, Leading Edge Claims Service has a proven record of providing superior claims management supported by a high quality, defensible claim file. By utilizing a dedicated group of adjusters in our day claims operations and our initial catastrophe response teams, we have been able to build a network of experienced and dependable adjusters that are equipped to handle all aspects of our client's needs at a moment's notice. We recognize that every client is different and can best be served by creating innovative solutions and strategies that not only anticipate their needs, but also exceed them.
