Hurricane Zeta takes aim at the Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama Coast

Zeta has been upgraded to a Hurricane as of this morning.  Zeta is approaching the northern Gulf Coast, making landfall within the hurricane warning area later today or tonight and will move inland across the southeastern United States early Thursday. Maximum sustained winds are near 85 mph with higher gusts.  This storm is moving very fast at almost 35 mph and the worst of the storm surge is expected to be on the upper right quadrant (near Dolphin Island, AL), but overall surge is presently not a major concern with this event.  

Leading Edge has a small team of desk examiners and field adjusters on standby for this event and, as our Carrier's make deployment requests, we will initiate the catastrophe response teams.
