Leading Edge Claims Service, a tier one first response service provider for Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA), has been notified of the 2012 TWIA workshop schedule. TWIA will host six (6) separate sessions this year at three (3) separate workshops in February and March of 2012. You must attend one of these classes every two years in order to be part of our dedicated TWIA adjuster program or will be unable to work TWIA claims when an event happens.

You only need to attend one (1) session. This will be a morning or afternoon session. You will receive four (4) continuing education credits for attending.
Adjusters are responsible for all associated costs.

Registration for the 2012 NFIP Adjuster Certification Workshops is now open. Adjusters seeking to renew certification must attend an NFIP Adjuster Certification Workshop. Adjusters seeking to become certified or upgrading their certification must attend the certification workshop and submit an Adjuster Certification Application (FF81-110). This form can be found at www.fema.gov.

The NFIP no longer charges a fee for attending an Adjuster Certification Workshop, however there may be some charges from sponsors for CE Processing and other workshop related expenses.
